James is incredibly knowledgeable & you will not find a more approachable guy anywhere else! The atmosphere in the gym is incredible, you shouldn’t ever feel uncomfortable or intimidated training here. Everyone is very friendly. James is always around to make sure that things are running smoothly, and is incredibly approachable should you need any assistance, advice, or just a friendly face to catch up with! As a regular you will be sure to meet a bunch of lovely like-minded people - Alpha may be on the smaller side as gyms go but there really is space for everyone! The atmosphere is great and people either keep to themselves or are friendly, which adds to the atmosphere. I opted for this gym over other local gyms as I very rarely have to wait for the equipment and most importantly have never been made to feel uncomfortable.
